I have always been a people person. I enjoy the success of other people whom I have helped. I have a personal level of achievement in completing BA,MS, and PhD degrees in psychology and working on an MBA in Management.  After 37 years as a university professor and campus administrator, I have decided to more formally pursue coaching to help others empower themselves I am empathetic, a great listener, I do not judge, and am eager to provide a quality coaching experience to all I have the privilege and honor to coach.  I continually seek to improve myself by pursuing training in an International Coaching Federation certified coaching program.  I challenge my clients to identify and assertively pursue a happier and more fulfilled life as a result of our coaching experiences together. I also have professional interests to conduct workshops , focus groups and symposia on issues such as Tacit Knowledge (common sense ideas we bring to any situation), Credence Goods (not blindly relying on experts to provide us with advice and counsel), and family issues such as fathering fatherless boys.
